Introduction
Dear friends and partners,2011 has been an extremely difficult year for Greece and for us all. In Symmetria we have tried to maintain a creative mindset and a positive attitude that inspired us to achieve a lot. Supporting I LIVE FOR METhroughout the year our scientific team supported the Non-profit Organization I LIVE FOR ME for people with cancer and chronic diseases. The team participated in seminars organized by I LIVE FOR ME, giving practical advice to patients to improve their image and their psychology. We ran the Classic Marathon in Athens and races 5 and 10 km with the t-shirt of I LIVE FOR ME, to convey a message of joy, strength and optimism to people of all ages who are sick.Campaign 11 days of beautyFor 11 days, Symmetria organized a series of educational seminars, open to the public on nutrition, health and beauty. Our team members explained to all participants what to do in order to maintain a good health, explained the secrets of makeup and gave children and adolescents practical tips on good eating habits and nutritional choices.THE ONELaunching a new series of luxury anti-aging creams within an environment in crisis has been a challenge, but the new anti-aging range of Symmetria Cosmetics called THE ONE is now a fact. The new range was launched in November and has been quickly embraced by the public and the media, despite the extremely difficult market conditions.Cooperation with Hilton AthensConcluding this year, we are now partners with the Athens Hilton Hotel. Symmetria’s cosmetics are part of the amenities offered in Hilton rooms, while all visitors can purchase the range in tailor made packages.Having achieved all this within a very difficult year, we can only hope that 2012 will bring something even better.
